For Blue Card applicants, we recommend starting at least 8โ€“12 weeks before the intended start date to allow sufficient time for embassy appointments.

For 3 months after arrival, your employee has a dedicated Skillbrรผcke point of contact they can reach for guidance on German bureaucracy, daily life questions, and practical challenges. Yes. Language training can be added as an optional add-on to the Standard or Premium packages at an additional cost. Alternatively, upgrading to the Premium Plus package is often the more cost-effective choice as it includes 10 hours of 1:1 role-customised lessons along with full relocation and insurance support.
